After producing and recording the song Temptation Eyes, we released it locally in Detroit. Within weeks it was in heavy rotation on all of Detroit's top 20 stations.  I soon landed a record deal with Columbia Records. They released the song nationally, and it took off across America on the dance charts. Punch Andrews (Bob Seger's manager) started representing Erica.  We then recorded the album "Holiday." Erica and I wrote all the songs together (except where noted), which I produced, and played all the instruments.
